At Queensberry, we are committed to providing top-tier athletic gear, but if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Queensberry account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
